2004 Pilot EX with 20K miles experiencing leather seating surface breakdown: cracks + flaking of material within the warranty period. The drivers seat was replaced by the dealer at no charge but now the rear seat is cracking + flaking. Anyone else experiencing this low quality problem? I can accept it if there was excessive use and kids but this is not the case. I guess I need to check out the leather quality in addition to other important factors before purchasing one vehicle brand over another...very discouraging despite the ultra reliability Honda factor. I have tried a few leather conditioners but it only looks good until the solution dries..any suggestions??
