Elantra Not Starting
My 1996 Hyundai Elantra sat for about a month or so because of two flat tires. When I finally did get tires on it, I drove it for a day no problem but then suddenly died while driving down a highway in somewhat cold weather (~0 degrees F) one night. For about a half hour after, i tried starting it with no success. It sounds like its turning over slowly, but not getting a spark. So, after towing it back to my garage, I un-thawed the gaslines and replaced the spark plugs in case I had bad spark plugs or there was just frozen water in the gas lines. Nothing. Charged the battery. Still nothing. I have no clue what this could be anymore. Distributor Cap? Solenoid? Any Suggestions would be great. Thanks, Cody.

Re: Elantra Not Starting
You need to scan for trouble codes. 1996 was ODB II compliant, so if you can get it to Autozone, they will do a free code scan. If I have to venture a guess, probably your cam sensor is bad, but that's shooting in the dark without a code scan.
