I fixed mine.
The magnet fell off.
I epoxied another on the gear without removing the timing chain cover.

I hooked a voltmeter between pin c-5 (black wire) on the ecu and ground and got round 10 volts with ignition on and a slightly higher and steady 10 volts when I started it up.
