I'm pretty sure Toyota don't make a V4 and the only Honda V4 you'll see is on a motorcycle...

personally, i think honda has perfected the 4 banger. i mean c'mon, as much as it counts they squeezed 240 naturally aspirated hp out of a 2L 4 banger that will last probably longer than you'd want it to. you got the H22 from the prelude, in its own class. the b series engines are among the most reliable powertrains out of any engine, 4 cylinder or 8. and also a popular choice among tuners if you care about that so there's a HUGE aftermarket. for 4 bangers, i don't think anyone's better at it than honda.
