I can understand how some might like it, seeing as it is a lot different from the current designs but in my opinion is a bit ugly and doesnt have that whole "badass car" motif with it. I do on the other hand like the Specs on it, the 400hp definately catches my attention. I think they have a good idea, they just need to refine it a little bit

I have mixed opinions on the new mustang. From the concept pictures I saw, it made me hope ford decides to change a few things. Like the interior, and rear end/taillights. Could have been made better and more appealing.

I really like this thought! This pic makes me want a new mustang!

Just came across some more pics of the 2005, but in a fastback version. It looks better, but the interior still sucks!

I was just going to post picturesof that silver one, but someone beat me to it. I am a Mustang hater, but this car changed my feelings toward Stangs. Ford is going back yo their semi-muscle car routes and making a Mustang nicer and with a better engine than they ever had in the 60's. I will be dissappointed if this car doesn't go into produduction. It already has the 2004 GTO beat, which doesn't go back to it's roots at all like this Stang.

I actually kinda like the rear end, but the interior is hideous.

I've got to ask my usual question though, when is a company gonna release a concept that doesn't reak of the 350Z styling?

And man, I don't know exactly what it is about that nose but it's giving me a real weird vibe...I don't know, I'm thinking dopey is the best word to describe it.

Thumbs up Elanore Reborn!

I've wanted Eleanor from "Gone in 60" since I first saw the movie

Ford could give me a more viable option to the turnkey kit car shown above.

Advantages:
Modern underpinnings (chassis, suspension, etc)
Modern drive train
Price advantage

The (2005) Mustang may not out muscle GM's GTO but if looks (and history) are any indicator Ford will have another winner.

I like the Fast back much better than the conv, I hate the interior, looks cheap and just not right. I think it will be great car, as long as they can keep the price resonable. Ford no longer has to compete with the F-Body so I am afraid of a price jump. They raise the price and they will lose sales to all the young men that buy Mustangs, including me.

Thumbs up

Very nice. I used to hate Ford and the Mustang, but this newest inception makes me change my mind on that. I'll probably buy one if it comes out.

I think its friggin awesome... i'm not a fan of Ford "reinventing" their cars, GT40 etc... but this just looks too good... im just worried about how its gonna drive, i.e. can it go round corners
