Re: Engine Choice
everyone missed possibly the best sap... the RB20DET.... a CA18 is the 4 cyl version of the RB engines... its basically an rb with 2 cylinders cut off... so i say the RB20 is the best... u get the extra 2 cyls and 200cc... direct valve actuation (which is absent in sr20), cast iron block (freekin strong) etc... why not an RB25/26 then ??? possibly an RB25DE non turbo would be an OK alternative, apart from this, the main reasons i wouldnt swap in the 25/26 is.... money and too much torque for such a light FR car.... a modded RB20DET will just be nicer.... this is why i want to get a CEFIRO (basically 4 door silvia with rb20det from factory)

sr20DET. why? because drifting is my thing. an aluminum block with that torque band and boost is prefect for hitting corners. the rbs are just like u guys said. godzillas. they weigh a ton! i would just mod out a sr20 get it nice and drift spec. then D1 hear a i come. hahaha JK i wish but who knows if i was bill gates. with that money even if i sucked i could join D1. haha

Re: Engine Choice
I voted LS6, but close it, I know it is bad psoting on it cuz it takes it back to the top, but unless it is clossed it will resurface again and again, so post till Suilside closses it. LS6 baby.
