question about motorcycle kit.
I am looking for a 1/24 kit, (cbr, gsx, ninja, something like that). BUT i am looking for one that has an engine in it, because i actually only need the engine from the kit. I have found a few 1/24 scale kits but im just seeing if they include an engine in the kit. thanks

Re: question about motorcycle kit.
Heller made some 1/24 motorcycles but those are motogp bikes. Maybe you can use them?
Kris.

Re: question about motorcycle kit.
Thanks, I appreciate it, but do you know if they have an engine included with them? i have looked up a couple and saw only 34 pieces. and that sounds pretty low for a detailed kit.

Re: question about motorcycle kit.
And what is it that you need this 1/24 bike engine for?
Have you considered scratchbuilding?

Re: question about motorcycle kit.
Im scratch building a dirt race car called a mini sprint, its a smaller version of a sprint car and they run motorcycle engines. i may just go the easy route and do the kind that run a ford focus engine!

Re: question about motorcycle kit.
Most of the Heller 1/24 MotoGP kits do have separate engines in them (others have them molded together with the frame) but they are very basic in design and detail and are only meant to fill a hole that would be somewhat visible through the fairing.
How's that the easy route?
