yeah dude just go buy a bullshit civic or something intake from pep boys for 40 bucks and stick a cone filter on it
i did that on my 99 sentra w/sr20de and it worked fine as long as the MAF sensor was approx. the same distance from the TB as stock and the breather hoses were hooked up right. it even gave me a couple HP(by the seat-of-pants dyno)

I think that I'm just gonna buy it from a different website and charge it on my credit card, and try and sell off the certificates to someone for cash. Cuz I wanna do my mods right and not half ass them. No Offense to your guys methods and thanks for the input on making my own filter.

In response to your PMs:

The pacesetter header is pretty much a POS if you ask me. It does work, but I had a lot of problems with it that I didn't see at the time. Exhaust leaks all the time, the ball flange deformed, and it never fit correctly. I wouldn't buy it again. Not very much gain either. And one PM does the trick

The MAFS just has to be approx. 6" away. Who knows, it may work even closer. Just use 6 as a number.

Ok thanks alot. That's what I wanted to know about the header. And yeah sorry about the 2 pm's, I guess I was a little impatient since u were the only one that knew anything about it. But thanks though.

yea i've heard bad things about pacesetter headers.

i bought a hotshot header for my old 240 that was already used for a few years, and the thing held up like a champ. quality.

Re: Injen intake wont work properly w/o extension??

If I get a chance, I'll take some pics of that POS. The head to header flange isn't even flat. Its like they cut the holes in the flange too large and just stuck the pipes in and "Whatevered" the rest. IT contacted my steering column too. My frikkin 3" downpipe I made doesn't even hit that.
