The best performance year of a 3S car would be the 96 Stealth RT/TT - one just ran a 13.01 1/4 mile and it was completely stock. Its the lightest version of the car they ever made. The 97 3000 has generally had the best times stock then the other years, but with a $3 bleeder valve you can add twenty horses to jack up the car about 20-30hp in quick order. (the valve is used to increase the boost to the turbos - essentially a cheap boost controler)
