sohc v-tec IAC valve ?
Ok will the sohc v-tec IAC valve fit on my b16 ? I need that part really bad and i can get a hold of that sohc v-tec for free. So please help me thanks!

u talkin bout the intake air controle valve?
If so i believe valves are interchangable, shouldnt be a problem...

hang on... this isnt making sense to me. SOHC means single overhead cam, and v-tec is the valve timing... i thought you needed 2 cams so that the v-tec would be able to change from one cam to the other.
Can someone please clear this up for me?

VTEC has nothing to do with switching cams, it only switches lobes on the cams. One a DOHC engine one cam is used for intake and the other for exhaust, while on a SOHC engine the one cam has all the lobes neccessary for intake and exhaust.
