Is it Possible For 92 cx hatch full interrior to run 1/4mile 14.5 With B18b With Just I/H/E/Pulleys Stage 1 clutch ?

Yes, if its tuned right and you don't have a full tank of gas. It's amazing how much that'll slow you down.

I have a friend of mine who bought a 1992 cx as a toy, did a gsr swap in his girls 95 ex coupe, dropped the d16 into the cx. Out of the box ran a 15.6, over the period of about 6 months, with i/h/e...and what ever cheap things he could add(no nitrous/FI/or internals)ended up with a near 15 flat(I think it was a 15.03)
Point of story? The d16 is 125 hp, a b18b is 140 hp, and I believe about 25-30 more torque. Can it be done, yes, easily, no. |
