Accelleration problem

When i start up my car for the first time that day it runs great everything is fine but when i turn it off for a few seconds and start it back up when i accelerate you can hear the engine reving wierd it is not a consant revit only happen before the shift the tac stay constant thow and if i stop and leave it off for a while about an hour or two it doesn't do it untill i turn it off again i have changed spark plugs and wires and i have ram air intake. What could it be?
