Put key in ignition.
turn to "on" but do not start engine. press the gas pedal to floor and release fully 3 times within 5 seconds. turn key to off. repeat if necassary as this takes a little practice. |

no no no,.
You should have a mode button to the right of your steering wheel. Click on it until you see "oil life or oil percentage" , under your gauges, then push the 'set" button and hold for a few seconds until it zero's out.............. I also own a 01' Aztec. i need desparate help w/ the tranny. p.s. turn car on but, do not have to crank. |

If you don't have the DIC panel you have to use the gas pedal.
Just look in the Owners Manual |
