Seat Belt Warning Beeper
My over-the-shoulder (OTS) seat belts have stopped functioning, and this car isn't worth the repair costs. I have disconnected the OTS belts but I now suffer with the constant beeper alert whenever I drive. Is there any easy way of shutting the beeper down so it doesn't drive me or my passengers crazy? I still use the lap belts.

Thanks to both of you. I'll try your suggestions tomorrow, since it's night-time and raining here, and my other car gets the garage.

Thats what mine did, my drivers side doesnt work at all right now, I have to lift it over my head every time I get in and out of my car.

Those should be under warranty. Take it to the dealership and they will fix any safety related functionality with the seat-belts... They probably won't fix yours because for all intents and purposes, they still work, just a pain to put on/take off.
