Fazer's spider bike build
Hi Guys,
Time to get busy competing with you guys on your great builds, so be gentle with me I have started to build Melandri's spider bike with Tamiya Yamaha M1 kit, Rennaisance decals & conversion set & also I am attempting to detail with my own ideas & tips which I will pass onto you guys So here's the first pics The frame with my own dash unit made from resin casting blocks The engine in progress with a lot of detailing to come The exhaust with my home made springs(which I shall reveal in my next how to!) The rear frame boxed in with electronic boxes & weld detail The wheels & tyres (to photo etch or not to photo etch, that is the question The chain (which is detailed as per my 'chain on the cheap' article on the main forum page, So check it out), home made electrical connectors & exhaust springs by the dozen that you don't have to sit & coil wire round drill bits, A whole lot easier than that (another 2 how to subjects coming soon!). So this is my motorbike introduction, guys, please pass on your comments & let me know what you think! Mark
