I have a 03 town and country van had a problem a year or so ago heater fan only worked on high speed, so replaced the resistor worked fine after that , started having same problem a month or so ago thought it was odd the resistor went bad already so got another on worked fine again till the next day then it quit, now it takes turns working and not working seems to work on all speeds when it works . dont know what else it could be I hate to buy a new switch or motor if thats not the problem. Any suggestions ?

Re: heater fan
Have you tried smacking the blower motor when it won't spin? If it spins you know what you need. As far as blowing resistors the motor is often the culprit. Bearings wear, it draws more current than normal and the resistor fries. You can measure the current draw of the motor but, I don't recall how many amps it should draw.
