What engine for a 96 Integra?

I am trying to get a 94-97 Integra, could careless about the model, just as long as it is 2 door and 5 speed. If i do get one, what motor should i put in, a b18c? And if i get a b18c, bore it over like 20 or 30, add cams, a polished head, forged internals, and aftermarket intake, throttle body, header exhaust, etc, can you guys give me a HP estimation. I am looking to build a motor with a 9.5-10.0 compression ratio and strap on like a stage 3 turbo or like a t4, perhaps a ball bearing turbo. Any suggestions?
