civic type r cams

alright my buddy picked up some civic type r cams and i want to kno how much better they would be for my car. ive been lookin on search on here but cant find much on what the gains would be in a 2nd gen jdm b16. ive read about people just installing the type r intake cam and getting gains of around 7hp but would adding both put me around 10 more hp? i figure id probly have to get some type r valve springs or valves but im not sure as ive not broken apart the b-series yet. any help would be great as im not good with building motors as of yet but im tryin to learn.

also how hard would it be to install gsr seats in my crx? would i have to fab up some brackets or anything?
