Question Audio Help

I was installing a set of 6.5" speakers in my '94 wagon, and i had this problem:

The passangerside door installation want fine, but when i got to the drivers side door, the speaker would cut out when i screwed it to the door. There was also sparks like something was wrong, sparks where the screw touched the metal in the door. I don't have power locks or windows, i was woundering if it could be a problem with the wireing in the door for the beeper that goes off when you open the door or something.

The speaker leads are touching metal in the door. They are probably hitting the window track. Rotate the speaker 180 degrees, and reinstall. Hopefully you didn't blow that channel out on your amp or head unit.
