Isn't it from the import vs domestic competition? wingedwarrior.net I entered an application but i'm not sure cause there's a lot of high hp cars. Sorry for the hijack.

That's team import's captain's car. Check the site out that pic is in the gallery somewhere. There's a 1000+ hp viper and some 1000hp supras.
