All ash lights on, transmission stuck in low

Hello

I have a 2003 Honda Odyssey.
Problem is all the dash lights came on and the transmission will not shift.
This is the second time in a year this has happened. First time the I took it to a dealer who replaced the battery, problem still existed, they changed the alternator still had the problem. They then disconected the rear camera monitor I installed into the fuse panel, problem went away. Note I reviewed the monitor after this incident and found it to be no longer working. They reinstalled the old alternator since that was not the problem.
Almost 9 months later all dash lights are on and the transmission will not shift out of 1st.
The dealer has the car now and is scratching their heads again.

Any clues?
Please help!!!
