88 aerostar dies out

3.0 fuel injection. Motor starts Ok but dies when you step on the gas. Fuel filter changed.

Check the fuel pump....located in the tank...I maybe going bad and not sending fuel like it should....It could be losing pressure.

do a diagnostic scan on it....possibly your tps,(throttle position sensor)

I am having the same problem. It seems as though the air is coming out through the throttle. I initially suspected the catalytic converter. Could someone please help with this problem?
