91 ford aerostar won't stay on

the car starts it will drive normal for about 20 minutes after that it the car shuts off. I changed the gas pump it was'nt it changed the gas filter it was'nt it. can sombody help me?

ok i had one sucker me like this to !
replace the ignition moduale they get hot and shut the van down then when they cool they fire back up . mine was located on the fender on passenger side in the engine compartment !

20 minutes was gooood mine would do about 10 before you started walking LOL

mine went out so i drove the dodge (cummins powered ) to tow it home let the wife pull while i sat in terror in the van LOL dodge pulls hard and this joy ride not only cost me an ignition modual but a set of brake pads rotors and calipers caught the things on fire trying to stop that truck .

so if my wife ever offers to tow you choose the I'LL WALK !!!!!!!!! option it is cheaper and safer
