Talking JDM B16A question.

Hey i wanna get a JDM B16A and put it on a 2000 civic Ex, what would be my 1/4 times? would it get better times than the B18C1?

THANK YOU ALL!

The b18c1 would be faster. I would say with decent driving, you might expect 15s with a b16a.

Well lets think about this. a 2000 EX is just a tad lighter than the 99-00 civic si which has the b16a. The 99-00 si runs in the 15-16 second range from the factory.

First thing i have a JDM b16a in my 94 civic, in my experiences drag racing the usdm b16a are rather disappointing! The jdm versions are more agressive. In my opinion a jdm b16a and a usdm b18c1 are almost identical in 1/4 and 1/8 mile runs.
