First thing i have a JDM b16a in my 94 civic, in my experiences drag racing the usdm b16a are rather disappointing! The jdm versions are more agressive. In my opinion a jdm b16a and a usdm b18c1 are almost identical in 1/4 and 1/8 mile runs.
