'01 Solara with I4 Need some help modding
I just want to know what my options are as far as performance parts for the 2.2L cause i do not see many any referrals to some thing would be nice

Is it still the 5sfe motor? If so, Custom Cold Air intake, Bosal Brospeed 4-2-1 header or the Rippmods Header. There are a lot of things out there, like turbo kits and superchargers. You just have to search.

Well if it was meant for the car you can just bolt it on. If you get a universal one, then you will have to get it welded on. If you go with the header setup my suggestion is get the header then a high-flow cat custom piping to the muffler. Do it all at once to save yourself the hassle and labor future costs. But if its just muffler you want you can either bolt it on or get it custom welded. If you do choose to weld it on, get the custom piping all the way to the stock cat.

one more big question do you have any idea what i need and how much it cost for a at to 5spd convert

With parts and labor maybe 1000 bucks. As far as what you need, you'll need syncros, tranny, clutch master, etc... a lot of things. I wouldn't suggest you do it, but if that's what you want go for it. My advice is to find a rebuilt one (New) and install it. Don't buy a use one.
