Maintenance Issues?

I'm looking at buying either a Testarossa or 512TR. I know all about the physical differences between the two (ie. exterior, interior, engine). But what I would like to know is about the maintenace of the two. Does one have any issues over the other? What are the most common problems with these cars? Things I should look at when deciding to buy. I'd also like to get an idea of maintenance costs (clutch, brakes, etc) in US dollars. Any info would be a real help. Thanks. OH!, one more thing. Not having an opportunity to actually sit in one untill I find one I might buy, do you think a 6'6" guy would fit behind the wheel? Thanks again.

first off, i would have to say that you have made an excellent choice, being that the 512TR is my favorite Ferrari.
while I was at the Ferrari dealership last year I talked to the mechanic and he said that the only cars they have major problems with are the trailer queens that are never driven. the best thing you could do is take the car into the dealer and have them look it over.
I have also heard that the 512TR is a lot easier to live with than the Testarossa. I don't know if you'd be able to fit into the car very easily or not, It is a relatively large Ferrari but its not that big. The modena fits me like a glove but i'm only 5'10"
Hope i helped.
Dave

would i fit in a 512TR or F512M? i'm 6'35".....

Is there some body kits to get the 512TR to look like a F512M?
