Question Lowering

I've noticed quit a few awesome slammed cars here and I was wondering, how do you guys do it? I'm thinking of putting bigger rims on my evo 6 but then I'd have to drop it so it doesn't look odd...

Shorten the distance between the tire and wheel arch by modifying some suspension parts. Which part to cut and bend depends on each model.
