Re: How do I reset the oil %age?
Turn the key to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Hold both the selector and the reset button until something like "RESET OIL LIFE" is displayed. Then press the reset button. (This is in the car's manual)

Re: How do I reset the oil %age?
Even after reading the instruction in the owners manual I had a problem at first also. The confusion lies in the "reset" button is NOT "RES". It is the Left pointed arrow button (like the "return" key on the computer keyboard. The second problem was that the reset and info key had to be held down together for more than one second to enter the personalization mode.
Other than that no problem. Don't feel embarrassed about posting here even if the info in the owners manual is there. Many times the people here can explain things much better than the manual can. |
