Muscle > fat for weight you might gain some but you will be thinner b/c of the fat being used up by the muscles

meh I was really skinny once and then I took up Body building for a few years 3-4. It must have taken about 6mnths to have put on some major weight. If you're looking to pack on more weight (muscle lol) and strength try this.
maybe start with 4sets of 8reps. and from Then just up the weight over time. in maybe 3mths up the reps from 8 to 10. one day on 2 days off. Train for one day and then have two days off with no training. Or your muscles will not grow!!! Push ups Benches upward rows shoudler shrugs mayby wing raises bar curls (biceps) Tryceps dead lifts squates running push ups dead lifts. abbs crunches leg raises Stretch Session should last about 1-2hrs Don't even think about Steroids. You will end up with no balls and a half clit or somthing. |

I dont like to smile, especially since i got nailed in the face in gym class a few months back. Now my front teeth are all messed up again, i need braces one again

sorry i havnt participated in this thread yet, ill take a pik tomarrow. i have to say something though
Im 5'5", and i find my VR-4 ANYTHING BUT SPACIOUS. How The Hell do you guys who are a full foot taller than me fit in this thing? lol And its not like i have my seat all the way forward either...you guys must be hitting your heads on the back window lol |

I dont want to get off topic so if this is discussed further lets take it to the OT thread but I'm 6'2" and I have no problem. I would thinks someone thats 5' 5" could fit in easy. Mabye your car has a build flaw in it...lol.
