Progess on my riced-out Beetle

well i here is a pic of he beetle ive been whining about, the idea of a riced out beetle was inspired by pmans slamme beetle . i just painted 2 coats of TS-12 orange on it, and im quite pleased with the gloss considering right now and i hope it stays this smooth for 2 or 3 more coats.

i kind of dummy fitted the wheels to where i want them, but im not sure if i should leave the wheels that pale gold color or maybe make them white. as always any opinions would be appreciated.

i havent painted the hood/bonnet yet, but im planning on painting it black, and making it a carbon fiber hood/bonnet

as always any opinions would be appreciated.

sorry for the poor quality of the picture, my camera is older than ME

Looks fine to me. I like the goldish wheels.

How much Coke do you drink?

EMMMM, Mugen MF-10 wheels from the S2000 kit.

That's rice alright!

If you don't want gold wheels, how about black?
try to change the color in photoshop and decide from that.

OK, my views!
Red or orange cars look wrong with gold wheels, too similar, so I would go for silver or chrome for those!
Second, a carbon bonnet on a Beetle would look silly, it just isn't the right shape!
Have a search on the net and see the kind of mods done to Beetles. It is usually smooth paint, maybe graphics and big rims! The orange looks good, so go with that!

Again, all just IMO!

I would go with bigger wheels... These look a bit too small. And make them white! (my fav.)

Great choice! These are two of my favourite colours for wheels!

CF hood - I wouldn't...

..those 3 models need to be melted down !!!!

I have to go with Dan on this one to. Gold wheels dont go with orange .
Go with a bigger rim and do them in a chrome or silver.
I'd be giving white a miss to

Also a big NO on the C/F
