Portscan.......u still in an airborne unit?? I just ETS'd in October. Been to Iraq once, and now that i have a wife, don't need to go back, so i decided not to re-enlist.

Yeah still in an Airborne unit.. Just got back from Iraq in July myself.. Prob going back in january.. I don't blame ya im getting out too. I reenlisted 2 times and now im done with it.

Whats your MOS?? I was 13Fox or "F*CKIN' FISTER" as the rest of the army calls us. I did 5 yrs, then chose to ETS after returning from Iraq on Sep 10th of this year......final ETS date was 21OCT03.

hey, get in where u fit in......that was the case for me. The marines were my first choice, but wouldn't take me because of my background, but i scored high enough on the asvab that the army had everything expunged.

4th ID set the perimeter and Special Forces, actually Task Force 21 (Delta Force) went in and got him. There was guys from my unit 5th Special Forces Group that was with Task Force 21 when it took place.. They gave credit to 4th ID along with Special Force Forces.
