Tie rods

How hard is it to replace them on a 2003 gmc c3500 diesel truck

its not that hard,spray down the adjuster sleeve(wd),remove tie rod to spindle nut,pop tie rod w/fork,loosen sleeve pinch bolt, unscrew tie rod from sleeve(count turns for reassembly)screw in new t/r reinstall to spindle.tighten pinch bolt.
will need alignment after repairs
