Programming help for rear hatch

I'll be as specific as possible.
When using the keyless remote, the doors will lock and unlock normally but the rear hatch and window stay in the original condition, If it is locked with the key it will remain lock and the same for unlocked.
If you use the key at the drivers door, you will get the same results as above, no action at the hatch.
But if you use the key at the hatch it will lock and unlock all the doors, of course you have to turn the key twice to cause the doors to lock and unlock from the hatch position. This tells me the key lock at the hatch is electronic and is infact working and that this is certainly a programming issue. I know how to enter the programming mode for the remote but I am looking for info on how to progam the locks to operate all locks.
Can anyone help ??

Re: Programming help for rear hatch

I think the motor for the lock unit is bad. You probably have replace the whole assembly. Since, I am a technician, I would go in there and remove the assembly and see what is wrong with it.
