S2000 engine in an Integra

alright, my friend has found a wrecked S2000 for 6,000 and we were talkin ya know, and we want to take the engine and tranny, driveshaft, diffrential, ya know all of that and we want to put it on an Integra, first of all would this be possible??, i think it would be and second would it be a good idea, cuz i mean i love the 6 speed manual, and he needs to leard to drive a stick yet, but he also said he wants a unique teg so i figured ya know, this would make it very unique, i have also posted this in the Integra forum for others to look at, please post your opinion about it!!

it's going to be more than 8-10 grand. And you have to make major modification to the integra frame to get the engine to mount right. (remember, the s2k engine is not a transverse engine, it mounts longitudinally) Good luck finding a shop that's willing to do it, because most won't due to liability from weakening the frame/mounts from such a custom swap....

I've said it before and ill say it again
ANYTHING is possible with money.
But with the money you are going to spend on converting the intergra from front wheel to rear wheel drive is going to cost as much as getting a new s2000.

man would you grow up, geez you act like a 3 year old, and your no proffessional either so do you think i really give a shit about your opinion. you obviously don't know shit, cuz it is highly possible to do it, like some say, it would just cost a shitload of money that he doesn't have.

btw everyone, go ahead and just drop this thread cuz this idea's toast, he found a 91 Integra LS hatchback and he has me tellin him what mods to pick, also, any of you know a good sight for mods for tegs?? if ya do please tell me, thanks.
