Practically any given American V6...
... except for the supercharged Grand Prix will be OBLITERATED by an Integra GS-R. OBLITERATED.
(these are personal results, in MPH, racing my practically-stock (just intake) 2000 GS-R against american cars) Thunderbird LX: over 10 carlengths back on a 0-100 run. NO power. Camaro (96+) 3800: 3-4 carlengths back on a 0-100 (very good driver, too) Mustang LX (up to 98): SO far back (12-15?) on 0-100. A 5-spd Civic DX can keep up with one of these. Mustang LX (99+): 5-6 carlengths back on a 0-100 1997 Camaro SS LT4 30th Anniv. Limited edition: about 10 carlengths ahead of me! though I saw him get beaten by a NOS'd MR2 one night The only decently-powered V6's I can think of off the top of my head are the Nissan Maxima, Mercedes SLK320, and the BMW M3... OH MY GOD what crimes I would commit to get my hands on an M3!!! The super'd Grand Prix will get beaten by a slightly worked-up 'teg (intake and new tires, actually). They do a 0-60 in about 7.2 stock, so it's a very even race. What it comes down to is the driver who best knows their car. |

1. M3 is an inline 6, not a V6

the slk used to be 4 but when the s2000 came out, mercedes got scared and put a 6 i think, well what ever they have right now, its still cant beat the s2000.

The SLK comes in a 230 and a 320 - 230 being their inline four 2.3L and the 320 being their V6 3.2L. Though not as fast as the S2000 stock, the SLK320's are very modifiable. |

gotta agree with that mustang owner on this one..my friend brett has a 2001 with pulleys, cold air intake, exhaust, and new rear end gears, and he pulls between a 14.6 and 14.9 consistently. and he's not all that great of a driver. but the mustang sucks on the interior.

lol that is pretty funny...i never has any respect for v6 stangs until brett got one and beat my slightly modded 2.2 cavy down. either way, a real mustang has 8 cylinders. thats a real car. a real import has 4 cylinders. thats a real car too.
