Best Scratch Remover or Professional Work Done?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT

I just purchased this car on eBay, it has scratches on the left rear door as you can see in one of the pictures. Does anyone know if those are too deep to use a scratch remover just from the picture? It doesn't have to look perfect, but pretty close to. What is the best scratch remover? Thanks.

Typically if a scratch can be felt with a finger nail it will not be removed. If i'm looking at the right picture it looks like body shop work.

How much do you think the cost will run? $300, $500, more?
