Completed with new pictures '70 Dodge Challenger
Here it is. Finally finished. Properly finished. I posted before but i hadn't done the decals. Very good model this one. Went together very nicely concidering it's a Revell. My last 2 Revells were a nightmare in the fit department.

Re: Completed with new pictures '70 Dodge Challenger
Thanks. Yeah I like it alot. Out of all those type of cars it certainly caught my eye the most. There was another colour scheme, but this one seemed the obvious choice. I might get a Camero next. Not the earliest model, but not the latest either. I've seen one i like but can't remember what year it was from.

Gorgeous paint job, I love the Challenger. I suppose you mean the 1970 Camaro, the one that came after the first one. A truly magnificent car to, will sit nice beside the Dodge.

Tack proosen. Yeah that's the one. I think. They got a load of new models in at ICA Maxi, of all places, and i think they have that one for 150-200 kr. And i think you're right about it looking nice next to the Dodge. Have you built one of those yourself?

Re: Completed with new pictures '70 Dodge Challenger
this is the first model i've seen from you, and i am very impressed. Someone who isnt afraid to paint/do the chrome trim. (One of my pet peeves)
I've built the AMT 1970.5 Z28 Kits, their alright, some fit problems, I do like the Revell 1979 Z28. It seems out of scale though. (i think its 1:24)

Thanks everybody for your kind words. I thought it was about time i posted something photographed properly. I did show a Porsche GT-1 EVO a bit ago. I don't think anyone looked at though. And there was a bit of a mess up with the image host i used.
Thanks about the comment on the chrome trim CameroSSboy. It was the part that gave me most doubt, but i just got stuck in and did it. It is not quite as clean as i would have liked it, but it's not too shabby. Also i had planned on using some chrome foil that i found in a craft shop but couldn't find a suitable adhesive to do it with. God knows i tried.

Beautiful model. You've done a fine job.the kit is actually the Monogram kit from the '80's.Monogram was always better than Revell.I built mine in the mid '90's.Here's a pic.
BTW,spray on adhesive from a craft shop works well along with the foil from large chocolate blocks if your not going to use the BMF product.

Re: Completed with new pictures '70 Dodge Challenger
Nice job Sigmaman. Like the colour choice. I was going to do a diferent colour myself but i already had the orange so i used it. Thanks for the tip on the adhesive. I'll look into that.
