98 bonneville se no power door locks and no dome lights

Help, I been chasing my tail on this,
Have a 98 bonneville se power door locks and dome lights quit working. tried to diagnosis but want help before I get new module.

This what I have going on, has aftermarket keyless entry/remotestart, with key fob horn honks but doesnt inlock. Doenst unlock from.either switch.on.doors, no noises are made. Tried to hunt down relay on right fuse/relay panel but not one in slot where it is supossed to be as in no wires nothing. Is there a relay under hood or is it in the body control module. I have a subscription to alldatadiy and tried to follow it's diagnostic flow chart but it is telling me to replafe the bcm. Want to make sure be fore I do that. Everytime I search for the relay it either takes me to body control module diagram or it tells me it is in the relay panel on right side of car. Another thing is I.am unable to enter bcm diagnostic mode. As you need to hold drivefs door unlock switch and cycle headlights 6 times.

Could it be the bcm or is there a relay some where else. Any advise would be helpful.

Thanks
