Little Advice please

I want to get a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX AWD 5 speed Manual.
Prices I've seen are around 6000 to 9600. I'm willing to pay that. But I want to get a Custom Body kit, a Turbo,a Shift Kit, and Some level of Nitros system... for bragging rights,( Car newbies Think Naawws Is Awwssuum!) . Anyways I'm wondering if anyone knows how hard/expencive an Eclipse is to Modify. Any any other Things I'm going to need to Street Race.

Thanks for your time!
