84 ram 250 wiper motor delay? where is it

hi i ilike to know where the delay relay is on the 84 250 ram as low and high speed works but delay doesnt just lets the wipers sit half way on windishelrd or wherever it is when i flip it from low to delay. is it on the wiper motor or something?

You're really tapping my memory here, but I think it's on or near the base of the steering column. Are you sure the problem isn't the switch?

no idea the switch is on the dash itself not on the steering column
if i flip it up to any of the delay settings nothing if i put it on slow or high ya works then if i flip down to the delay section the wipers freeze where every they were at that moment
