Possible Radiator Problem?
Recently, my car has been leaking engine coolant. I put a new radiator and waterpump and as of today, I can hear a bubbling sound coming from my hood. I don't know what it is but my temperature gauge is sky high. The fan kicks in but doesn't seem to cool the engine as the gauge is still high. After a while, the gauge came down to normal but the coolant is leaking a lot.
Any ideas as to what causes the bubbling sound and suggestions? Thanks |

Re: Possible Radiator Problem?
I had cooling problems too but then again everything else was ALREADY wrong!!! Try the Thermostat, it's cheap and a good start. My Acclaim actually blew the rad out on the way to it's (now!!) final resting place. Biggest piece of GARBAGE I've EVER owned.
Actually a likable little car when it was running right and other than 2 tranny's never actually stranded us, but ALWAYS had SOMETHING wrong with it. I don't miss it, that's for sure.
