Speed Limitations & Monitors

Hello Hello.

I am hoping to see if someone knows a few good products to look into. I am wondering if anyone can tell me a good over all car monitor? Kind of like if you had a young driver and wanted to set limitations on things, and monitor what is being used and when (seat belts, turn signals, etc)

the main features I am looking for is a all in one type system that offers some (if not all) of the listed features

- Speed Monitor and also be able to set a limitation IE: 75 MPH or possible RPM limitation but prefer actual speed.

- Safety features Monitor IE: Turn Signals, Seat Belts, etc

- I would also like a feature that monitored the amount of people inside the car.

- GPS real time tracking

- It would be very cool to have a real time communication options too, kinda like a parental On-Star (Hello Mr.Your about to be grounded if you dont slow down....how may I be of assistance today! lmao)

- I would like the option on the GPS part to have a radius set and if the car goes out of the radius it will send me a text or email.

Thats about all I can think of right now, if there is anything out there like that please let me know, and maybe where I can get it/price??

Thanks Folks
