I found this car near where I live.
1984 633csi White/Red 5-speed 174000 miles No Major Rust $3,750 Is it worth it? Also, will rims for a 1987 635csi fit on this car? |

Re: 1984 633 Deal?
check it over real good, look at the wiring harnesses and see if they have butchered or a lot of splices, look well into and the bottom side of the fuse box under the hood, check everything, e verything, everything good. I bought my 633 3 years ago for $800 and all i had to do was replace a broken oil pan (broke when towed and had a flat tire to boot. Great car, i LOVE min and wouldnt give it up even if it was totalled. Good luck and keep us informed

Re: 1984 633 Deal?
My friend who is a subaru salesman but Bimmer lover at heart, had one a few years ago that he got for $500, but his was a 635csi, said to check the shock towers. I looked at them, and there is a seam, almost as if they were replaced, but no rust. I drove the car with my moms fiance, and the clutch is in good shape, the car shifted well, all the electronics worked, it was a bit of a challange to get the car into reverse though.
