Re: weight loss
Not enough to justify the non semetrical look you'll get. I like symetry in most aspects of cars.

Re: weight loss
I only weigh 140 so I don't have to worry about weight as much lol, nothing you can do cheeply to reduce the weight without loosing good luxury things. If I ever worry abotu weight and have money to spend (lots lol, like thousands) I would go with a CF or aluminum driveshaft, lightweight pulleys, CF hood, and some good wheels and tires.

Re: Re: weight loss
Sorry but the entire TT catback doesnt weigh 40 lbs. All he wants to take off is the passenger side extension.

Re: weight loss
you had a fake pipe? Grose. lol
weight loss is a very common topic on the forums infact ive started a thread for weight loss... well it depends... if you have a 1st gen with active areo trhen you cant take off the front "venture skirt" or as i call it the black thing that moves up and down under my car. it weight a estimate of 120lbs with moters and the giant plate itself. second you can always gut you trunk. then wheels if you got a vr4 the rims are the 17" or 18" heavy peice of craps, get light weight rims. then you stick to the old methods keep you car free from junk, have no system, fill only 1/4 tank gas, and loose weight if you happen to be over weight :P (i doubt it). but if you want to go hardcore then buy raceing seats and carbon fiber hood, and carbon fiber widebody, drive shaft. well you get the idea...

Re: weight loss
I wonder what the lightest VR4 is, well you know what I mean like with everything gutted. Cause isn't that the only thing that the Vr4 has against it compaired to the other competition?

Re: weight loss
I remember when I took out that rear window shade thing and thought "Oh sweet I'm already getting into weight reductions here"
I was wrong.
