Thumbs up

Wow...that looks soooo much better! I have some plastic paint too and was thinking about if but was afraid it would take a beating. Keep us posted on how it holds up.

Cool ?

What grade of sandpaper did you use on your grill? Did you just scuff it or sand out imperfections? I been thinking about painting my grill for awhile now. :sun:

I used 150, just to rough it up so the paint would have something to grip. If I were to do it again I would use 200 though, I can still see some evidence of the sanding close-up.

Sorry to bring up an old topic, I'm getting some fading on my plastic grill. Offroadx, do you have pictures posted somewhere of your grill paint project?

Thanks man, how has it lasted with flying rocks, bugs, and regular washings?

Re: Black grille

Regular washings? Ha!

Otherwise, it's holding up great. No chips, no fading.
