does the 06 eclipse have a govenor?

i am going to europe soon and taking my new eclipse, I have gottten it up to 120 and it seems tomaintain that speed. Is the a electronic regulator or something hat prevents it from going faster?

It will go as fast as the cars drag limit (aka. the speed at which the air friction restricts the car from moving any faster). But it will hold the drag limit speed all day and not shut down (unless you blow up!). To move the drag limit speed higher you must add power (turbo, supercharger, nitrous, rockets...anything). Let us know how fast she goes! My 2000 fed spec GT will go about 145-149 depending on the grade of the road.

ive taken taken my 06 eclipse to 135. i know it could have gone more but i was running out of road.

Where does one get rockets for there eclipse...I want some so I can go 300 mph.

fuel cut off is 147 mph same as the 3g eclipse (Or so I was told at the Minnesota Mistubishi cook out a couple weeks ago)
