Unhappy Please Help Rebuilt 305 starving for Fuel

I am new here and have a ? for someone that might be able to help me.. we had the motor rebuilt last week and just got the car back two day's ago.. it seemed to run fine until you went to climb a hill and then it would act like it was starving for gas.. the only things that we didn't change at the time we rebuilt it was the carb. and fuel pump.. well we changed the fuel pump and fuel line last night and it still appears to be doing the same thing. The Motor came out of 1983 Chevy Malibu Wagon 305 v8 and is now in a 1985 Chevy Camaro:flash:
