Intrepid 2.7 conversion to 3.5.....HELP

Okay so I am one of the unlucky who owns a 2000 Intrepid...My 2.7 died...I'm sure everyone is hugely surprised by that....grrr.. I want to put a 3.5 in it. I know I have to extend the exhaust and change the brackets and motor mounts. I need to know if there is anything else that I need to do, or if anyone has done this and can give me a heads up on anything I need to watch for. My 3.5 is in the mail, so anything you guys can tell me would be very much appreciated!!

Thanks a lot, (from one of the 3 females who work on cars) .
