Mugen Chip??

where can i get a mugen chip, the vtec kicks in very late,around 5200 or 5500, i want to get a mugen chip and reset the vtec at 4800, i had that done to the integra it was great,redline at 9000 but i never let it go more than 8500

Chip? get an apexi VTEC controler and set it to where you want it.
