Question 1.8 LXi CVH, Torque settings - Please help!

Can anyone help me please?

I have a 1.8 LXi CVH and I would like to discover what the cylinder head bolt torque settings should be for each stage. I have a Haynes manual but I would like confirmation from the proper workshop manual. Also the rocker bolt torque settings would be very useful.

Preferably I would like a jpg of the page scanned and emailed to me, can anyone help?

I have to replace a couple of the lifters and the head gasket and my local ford dealer is not as helpful as I would expect them to be.

Many thanks,

Bill
